What exercise is effective at lifting depression and how often should you do it?

I jump all for 30-60 minutes walk everyday, it truly gives me time to think and get things in command, I also play squash, badminton, football and golf to move with others.

I would really recommend walking out within the sunshine (the sunshine has a uplifting quality) sometimes connected your personal to reason other times beside people to talk and pocket your intellect off things.
